As long as you clean and maintain your stainless steel, we offer a lifetime manufacturer’s guarantee on all our products. Powder coated finishes carry a two year guarantee.

If you would like to have your bathroom accessory re-furbished please contact us.  All you will need to do is organise transport to and from our factory in Cape Town and we will re-bush or re-polish free of charge.  Charges will apply for re-powder coating and damage due to misuse or negligence.

All accessories are easy to remove from their fixing bracket by loosening the grub screw on the underside.  Leave the fixing on the wall and just send the bathroom accessory.
